Hi Folks,
My name is Noah Dumont, and I would be honored to be your Broker.
I grew up in the housing industry, with my grandfather as a builder and my grandmother as a Broker. Together, they dedicated themselves to helping people find their dream homes. I began assisting my grandfather during summers and school breaks at the age of 12.
In 2020, I took a leap of faith and enrolled in the Salesperson course, ultimately passing my exam and becoming licensed later that year.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy fishing, mini golf, and playing hockey. I ran a successful livestock operation with my family for several years and hold a B.S. in Agriculture from the University of New Hampshire. I also have a passion for antique automobiles and have rebuilt a 1978 F-250.
Now more than ever, I am excited to help individuals like you navigate the dynamic and sometimes overwhelming real estate market. There is tremendous potential both on and off the market, and having the right person on your team can help you unlock it.

We understand your needs. You’re actively monitoring the MLS, receiving notifications for new listings. Our team is diligently working to explore both on- and off-market options. We conduct showings to assess features and get a feel for concepts and layouts. And when the right property emerges, we’re ready to help you make an offer.

Buy it.
Boom! We submit our offer—and now we wait. Sometimes it can take 24 hours or more to get a response. But then my phone rings.
"Yes, got it. Sounds good. Thank you."
We’re under contract!
Next comes inspections, appraisals, deadlines, and approvals. Finally, it’s closing day, and the keys are yours!
